Agency workspaces
Create an agency, manage roster and staff, and use the agency dashboard.
Overview
An agency workspace lets you represent talent: browse casting calls, submit proposals on their behalf, and track roster activity. Agency capability is granted when you own an agency, are active staff, or have verified agency billing.
Who it is for
| Audience | Use case |
|---|---|
| Agency owner | Create agencies, buy capacity, invite staff and roster talent |
| Agency staff | Help manage roster and submissions |
| Talent | Accept roster invites and appear on the agency roster |
How to use it
- From a talent-capable account, open Teams and create an agency.
- Purchase or allocate workspace and roster seat capacity under Billing as needed.
- Invite staff (managers) and roster talent by email.
- Switch View as → Agency, then open the Agency dashboard for KPIs and casting opportunities.
- When browsing casting calls, choose which roster talent you are representing before you submit.
Agencies do not create casting calls — that remains a business-only action. See Casting overview.
