Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Castdi, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Talent agencies may create and manage accounts on behalf of the talent they represent. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

The service

Castdi provides software tools for casting, booking, scheduling, and production coordination used by businesses, agencies, and talent.

We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate changes that materially affect how you use the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Castdi, such as portfolio media, resumes, and casting listings. You grant Castdi a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload your content and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use Castdi to post fraudulent castings, harass or discriminate against other users, misrepresent your identity, or scrape or misuse data from the platform.

You're responsible for complying with applicable laws in how you use Castdi, including labor and entertainment industry regulations relevant to casting and booking.

Connected third-party accounts

Some features let you connect third-party accounts, such as Google Calendar, to sync data with Castdi. Connecting an account is optional and also subject to that provider's own terms.

You can disconnect a connected account at any time from Settings → Connected accounts.

Payments and subscriptions

Castdi sells software subscriptions for talent, business, and agency workspaces. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout and in Settings → Billing. We do not sell job listings, advertising, or lead packages.

Prices shown on our website are in USD before tax. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout based on your location.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in that policy.

We may change our pricing; if you're on a subscription, we'll give you reasonable notice before a price change takes effect for your next billing cycle.

Castdi's intellectual property

Castdi's software, branding, and platform design are owned by Castdi and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the service.

Disclaimers

Castdi provides software tools used by businesses, agencies, and talent. We are not a party to any casting, booking, or employment agreement between users, and we don't guarantee casting outcomes.

Castdi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Castdi won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Castdi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users or the platform at risk.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
